After -me-'s last posting, i received emails from people asking me who -me- is. Some even suggested that -me- is me, in that i'm using a pseudonym to write as -me-. But i promise you, i'm not -me- (gosh, that's confusing) and i have no idea who -me- is.
I have my own theories. I thought that -me- might be a woman, although his writings seem to represent the male perspective. With his latest entry to the VOI, it seems that he is a he. Its either that or he's very well informed about the inner workings and intentions of the male species.
Hahaha. You may disagree with him on many points (i know i do), but just take everything with a pinch of salt, and enjoy a humourous read.

Learning is fun! Well, sort of. Am forcing myself to read more books nowadays and know what? At last I realized something; try to learn from the past, but plan for the future by focusing exclusively on the present! Hehehe! :)
Hmmm...Well, I was asked by a girlfried of mine, how she would realy know if a guy likes her more than a friend? I tell her it's simple... Just sing the Shoop Shoop Song.... ;)

A girlfriend of mine asked me how could she know if a guy really likes her more than a friend? And at that time, I haven’t had the slightest idea. I was too busy finishing my work and I told her simply, that she’ll know. She was so disappointed with my answer and hung up the phone. Gee…
Later that night, I met Mat Yan in Melawati and we talked about it. We were having the best rojak buah. It was so tasty and the sauce was simply superb! We had two plates each! Nowadays, Mat Yan looks slimmer although his waistline still stayed at 39 inch. Hahaha! Maybe his short hair makes him look better.
Anyway, back to the question, how does a girl really know if a guy likes her more than a friend? Hmmm… Actually it all depends to the guy himself. The easiest way is by noticing the way he acted and talked. If he’s sincere and really looking for a long term relationship and not just a one night stand, watch him!
He’ll be soft spoken though he’ll make several vulgar jokes to hide his true feelings. He’ll be so concern about the girl he likes and will try very hard not to hurt her feelings and thoughts. He’ll agree to almost everything the girl said and would only gives advice or alternate solutions to her problem if the girl looks lost. He’ll try and be her best friend.
Phone calls will be almost everyday and if he can’t contact her, he’ll write! Hahaha! He’ll blush when the girl he likes talked or mentions about their relationship. He’ll try to avoid it although he really likes to continue about it. Guys who like girl will be so shy and at this stage. Shy.. shy cat! Hahaha! Just keep on pushing him and he’ll spill it all out. Trust us!
And then, watch how he reacted when you tell him that you have a new boyfriend. He’ll be jealous but he’ll try and hide it as not to be too obvious. Some may condemn and make up stories of your new boyfriend. They’ll investigate where he lives, who was his ex-girlfriends and will look for his weakness. Some will act happy and congratulate you though deep inside, he’ll be so heart-broken and you’ll only notice it later through your relationship with him.
He’ll be keeping his distance from you, resulting lesser outing, chat and activities that you two, used to do together. When you mention about it, he’ll say that he don’t want to give any wrong impression to your boyfriend and don’t want to make him jealous. Actually, he’s the one who’s jealous!
Another hint if a guy likes you, he wont mind spending money for you. Whatever it cost, he’ll try and buy it for you. Girls! This is a great opportunities! Ask for a car down payment, or better yet, ask him for your house down payment too! He’ll be gladly agree and he won’t mind to be your guarantor. Take advantage! Hahaha!
If a guy really likes you, he’ll sped most of his time, entertaining you. Day and night, rain and shine, whenever you ask his company, he’ll be beside you instantly. He won’t give excuses. If there’s something urgent, he’ll finish it a.s.a.p. to be with you.
He’ll be your most fierce and protective bodyguard and guardian. Whoever touched you or make you cry, they’ll suffer his wrath! He’ll make him pay ten times than what you’d suffered. He’ll do anything you asked him too. If you asked him to jump from a 20-storey building just to make you laugh, he’ll do it! But never ask Mat Yan and me. We’re afraid of height! Hahaha!
These only apply to most guy who like you, not all! Some guys, who are really nice, might still do all that for you but will still think of you just as a friend. They won’t take advantage on you and never ever asked them if they have a crush on you or not, as it’ll freak them out! He’ll think he’s been too nice to you and will stop doing anything for you. If you really want him to like you, just enjoy the relationship until he says he like you or until you found someone else! Hahaha! This kind of guys doesn’t appreciate praises and they are very rare! Mat Yan and me are one of them, though we’ll ask a little token as return. Hehehe!
Basically, guys are not good in hiding their feelings. You’ll know who’s really sincere, who likes you, whose only friend and who’re waiting to get you in his bed. Open your eyes, trust your heart with assistance from your head! Don’t just simply follow your heart. Heart changes!
There was this one time when Mat Yan fell in love with a lovely lady. He’ll be waiting for her, sending and picking her back from classes. He’ll be her driver, buy her dinner and supper, so it’ll convenient for her and she’ll have enough nutrition to study. He claims they were just friend. Yeah right! He never did that to me? The day she introduced her fiancé, he was so frustrated that I had to pull him out of the lake, trying to drown himself. He was heavy like a hippo! I had to hear his sad stories… again, and we hugged like a fat gay couple. Yuck! I still remembered how he cried a lot. He almost dried up! Hahaha! But the next 2 weeks, he was driving again with a different girl and bought her dinner almost everyday. Mat Yan… Mat Yan…
Mat Yan and me agree on one thing though, if you really want to know if a guy likes you so, it’s in his kiss! That’s the easiest way to know how. Not those`gelojoh’ kisses with lots of salvia. Gee… Mat Yan kisses like that? Hahaha! It’s in those tender, long and passionate kisses. So, if you’re eager to know who’s the guy that really likes you, kiss him! At least, try 5 guys, including Mat Yan and me (hehehe), and compare who kisses you the best! The best kiss is the one! By the way, don’t worry, Mat Yan and me do brushes our teeth a lot! Hahaha.
It’s a wonderful thing when you know that there’s a guy who really likes you. Take advantage and give it a try! Use the opportunities but never abuse it! Once you feel you’re in his debt, be prepared to be in a relationship, or in his bed! LEARN!! ;)
