Its an interesting fact that a condom powdered milk company and a hotelier are "the best employers in Malaysia":http://www.theedgedaily.com/article.cfm?id=21395. Perhaps there is some co-relation. -Better condom sales, better hotel occupancy (or vice versa) - therefore greater emphasis on customer service (no pun intended), therefore employers greater focus on their employees to motivate them to provide the required better service-.
